1993년 데뷰 앨범 [Organix]이후 David Geffen Company와 계약 후 발매한 첫 앨범으로 Grand Negaz, Questlove, Kelo, A.J. Shine, Black Thought, Rahzel 프로듀싱, 필라델피아 Sigma Sound, Nebula Sounds, 뉴욕 Battery Studios에서 녹음되었다. Elo, Cassandra Wilson, Dice Raw, Ursula Rucker등이 참여한 얼터너티브 재즈 힙합 앨범으로 The Source 매거진 베스트 힙합 100선에 포함된 힙합 클래식이다.
